Our service
SAF Cleaning provides a full pre and end of tenancy cleaning service across London and Surrey, these include areas such as Cobham, Epsom, Guildford, Kingston, Reigate and Sutton.
Our highly-trained teams use top-of-the-range eco-friendly chemicals, modern steam cleaning equipment and will arrive with a checklist to ensure nothing is missed. All of our employees are fully trained, wear uniforms and follow the relevant health and safety guidelines such as COSHH. All equipment and materials are provided by SAF. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details about our service and policies.
We collect and return keys from letting/estate agents.
Our end of tenancy cleaning included the following
- Deep cleaning of kitchen including units, work surfaces, white goods, oven cleaning and tiling
- De-scaling and washing down all bathrooms and cloakrooms
- Dusting and wiping down of all wood work, fittings, surfaces and window frames
- Vacuuming, cleaning and polishing all hard flooring where appropriate
- Thorough vacuuming of carpets
- Cleaning and polishing internal glass and mirrors
- Collection and return of keys to letting/estate agents
Please note: that we do charge a minimum fee, and a cancellation fee may apply if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
